Our pandebono is based on a family recipe from Cali, passed down from my uncle Gustavo. We make it with white ground corn and cheese, staying true to its traditional Colombian flavor. You can choose the classic version with just cheese, or one with a sweet touch of guava. It’s a combination that takes you straight to Colombia.
